Platinized titanium anode is characterized by high electric current density and high productivity; it is the strong corrosion resistance and conductivity. Platinized titanium anode has been used in seawater, horizontal plating, pulse plating, cathode protection and water treatment fields. Platinum is a precious metal, having very good physical and chemical properties, such as high corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity, and catalytic nature. Platinized titanium anode combines the advantages of titanium and platinum; the platinum layer is highly resistant to corrosion and is not easily consumed, while the titanium is highly corrosion resistant, chemical stability, has anti-microbial ability, and can be processed into various complex shapes like tubular mesh, rectangle, and cylinder.
