Grade 1 Platinized Titanium Electrodes

Platinized titanium electrodes are made of titanium as the base material, with the surface plated with precious metal platinum. The platinum plating layer has a compact structure and a bright silver white appearance, featuring high anode discharge current density and long service life. Compared to other titanium based platinum coating processes, the titanium based platinum plating process deposits a layer of pure platinum on the surface of titanium, while the titanium based platinum coating process is to coat a layer of platinum containing compounds on the titanium base, and after high-temperature sintering, forms a layer of platinum containing oxide on the surface of titanium, which has a loose structure, high resistivity, and high consumption rate during electrolytic discharge. Platinized titanium electrode mesh on a titanium substrate is the best choice for precious metal electroplating anodes.
